Appointments can be made by phone: Surgery: 602 642 328, ENT: 600 810 832, Aesthetic Medicine/Urology: 571 271 999. You can also contact us via WhatsApp for English communication.

We accept: cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), and bank transfers (by arrangement). Payment is made after the visit/procedure. We issue VAT invoices.

Most procedures are performed with local anesthesia (numbing creams, preparations with lidocaine). Discomfort during the procedure is minimal. The doctor will discuss methods to minimize discomfort during the consultation.

Surgery: about 20-30 minutes, ENT: about 30 minutes (including examinations), Aesthetic Medicine: 30-45 minutes (detailed consultation and treatment plan).

Yes! Our staff can communicate in English. For initial inquiries and appointment booking, we recommend using WhatsApp where we can respond in English. Dr. Krzysztof Żółkowski also speaks German.
